Yosemite National Park’s El Capitan: One Dead While One Injured In Rock Fall Incident




A big rock falls in Yosemite National Park’s El Capitan on Wednesday afternoon which has killed one person while one is injured and according to reports that at least 30 people were on the wall of big mountain in California.


According to initial reports that at least 30 people were there at the time of incident when a huge rock approximately equal to an apartment fell.

It is not confirmed that either they were all climbers or only visitors; due to accident one man has killed while other one is injured on Wednesday at Yosemite National Park’s El Capitan.

Ranger Scott Gediman reported about the rock fall on Wednesday afternoon, he said that it is the season of climbing because of extreme suitable season for it,

According to officials the rescue teams arrived there immediately on the incident place while one has killed and the injured man has transferred to near the park.

The names of these two persons not yet released by the officials as well as no information is given by the related department about the size of the fallen rock at Yosemite Park.

but number of pictures are given the viewers which expressed that rock was of huge size which fell on the people and rescue teams received many calls about the incident that rock has fallen in the west of El Capitan near the waterfall route.

El Capitan in Yosemite is known as one of the best place for the climbers, it is on the 4,000ft in the Valley Park.

On Wednesday at least 30 people were there to visit the place but it is not confirmed that they were either the climbers or only visitors and due to a huge rock fall on them one has injured.
